I ordered 2 duo products and 2 trio products and 1 essence as Xmas gifts, keen to introduce friends to ealu. I was so disappointed in how they were delivered, loosely in a large box with no packaging to protect them, the essence leaked over everything, sold as duo and trio gifts they really should be packaged together, totally underwhelming and now I have to buy gift bags and tissue to make them appear as gifts, in comparison to other Irish beauty companies the presentation of products is poor and careless, a nice fragrance but no sense of customer satisfaction or encouragement to repeat purchase, especially given the value of the order.
